Read the explanation
The spray explorer computes fence distance by piecewise linear interpolation between saved bearing-distance pairs. Between negative eighteen degrees at three hundred eighty five feet and zero degrees at four hundred, a bearing negative nine is halfway. The interpolation fraction is point five and the distance is three hundred ninety two point five. The two bars show the halfway fraction and full interval at four hundred pixels per unit, reaching two hundred and four hundred. The profile is saved application data, not independently measured stadium geometry. The bearing changes the wall lookup while the two-dimensional flight integrator itself uses speed and launch angle. Fence height comes from a separate branch rather than interpolating the wall-height fields stored in the profile. Bearing strictly greater than thirty five degrees yields sixteen feet; every other bearing yields eight. At exactly thirty five the wall remains eight, while thirty six gives sixteen. The two bars share ten pixels per foot, reaching eighty and one hundred sixty. This creates a discontinuity even though distance interpolation is continuous between saved points. The source model does not prove the actual shape of a stadium wall. Always distinguish a computed branch from a surveyed boundary. For clearance, this implementation takes the first stored flight point whose horizontal distance reaches or exceeds the fence. It does not interpolate between surrounding points. Consider a hypothetical pair at three hundred ninety feet and height fourteen, then three hundred ninety four and height ten, with fence distance three hundred ninety two and height eight. The source selects height ten, reporting two feet clearance. Linear interpolation would have yielded height twelve and four feet clearance, but that is not this source rule. The two bars illustrate these two results at forty pixels per foot, eighty and one hundred sixty. Offline D three is unavailable before field construction, so working chart and export controls remain unproved. No real sporting event or measured Statcast trajectory is validated here.
