Reconcile a local skill-event CSV into current rights, exact money flows, and unauthorized usage without pretending to touch a chain or wallet.
The first valid mint fixes creator and initial owner. Later transfers change ownership without rewriting creator provenance.
Only the current owner can issue a license. A use event is authorized only when its actor appears in the active license set.
Each license amount is integer cents. Multiplying by royalty basis points and dividing by 10,000 keeps the creator total exact.
The bundled source ledger issues licenses for five thousand and eight thousand cents, totaling one hundred thirty dollars. Each uses one thousand basis points, or ten percent, so creator royalties sum five hundred plus eight hundred cents, or thirteen dollars. At one point five pixels per dollar the bars span one hundred ninety five and nineteen point five. These are arithmetic consequences of the written fixture, not executed payments or a chain ledger. The original local Papa parser is unavailable; Load Sample fills the CSV but reconciliation reports Papa undefined and export stays disabled. We preserve that failure rather than claim a successful financial reconciliation. The fixture first mints under alice, licenses agent b, transfers ownership to carol, then licenses agent d. The source license set therefore contains two agents and is not cleared by ownership transfer. One use by agent b is authorized and one by agent z is unauthorized. At eighty pixels per count the license and authorized-use bars span one hundred sixty and eighty. Creator remains alice while current owner becomes carol. Those actor strings are not verified identities, signatures, or custody evidence. Only the current local owner string may issue a license or transfer according to the written transition rules. The supplied transfer amount is twenty thousand cents, or two hundred dollars, while license revenue is one hundred thirty. At one pixel per dollar the bars span two hundred and one hundred thirty. Transfer values are accumulated separately and no creator royalty is computed on them. License royalty uses each license row basis-points field rather than enforcing the mint basis-point value. The status caption always says one policy violation after successful hydration, even if a changed ledger has none; the unauthorized label also names agent z regardless of actor. Exact result fields and real evidence should take precedence over fixed captions.
