A saved bloc map assigns weights and locks its default metrics

Read the explanation

The saved map contains ten country records. Its default allocations place four in a US group, three in a China group and three in a nonaligned group. At fifty pixels per country the bars measure two hundred, one hundred fifty and one hundred fifty. Six saved flow arcs illustrate mineral, lithography and compute links. Country descriptions, treaties, capacities and resource shares are static text, not live economic observations or verified present agreements. Alignment labels are user selected scenario categories. The map draws approximate outlines and saved coordinates, so a colored node or arc does not establish current trade flow, political allegiance or the volume of actual transactions. The generic silicon constraint adds a lithography term point three five times export control point eight five, a fabrication term point four times point eight five and a low demand addition point zero two. Those are point two nine seven five plus point three four plus point zero two, giving point six five seven five, rounded to point six six. The default scenario instead locks the index at point five eight. At four hundred pixels per index unit generic rounded point six six measures two hundred sixty four, fixture point five eight two hundred thirty two and rounded gap point zero eight thirty two. These dimensionless indices are assigned formulas, not probabilities of a real shortage or a validated sanctions forecast. The default metric lock checks the scenario name, export control eighty five and demand twelve point four, but ignores the refining ramp and country allocations. Changing only refining ramp from thirty to eighty can therefore leave all three headline metrics unchanged. Chokepoints are evaluated separately: the saved default can match cobalt, lithography and Taiwan, three candidates, but keeps only the first two. At sixty pixels per candidate total three measures one hundred eighty, retained two one hundred twenty and omitted one sixty. Native listeners and JSON export register before the first graph render. With D3 blocked, fields still update local metrics and export, while rendering errors persist. No healthy map or current geopolitical forecast is claimed.
