Turn a visual concept into a reviewable design brief
What does this preview actually specify, and what evidence would a real production brief need?
Try palettes, pattern treatments, decal positions and matching cabin artwork in a fictional concept studio. The output is a raster illustration plus a JSON design brief, not an aircraft drawing, approved livery, licensed character package, material certification or operational boarding pass.
The three airframe choices change labels only: all use the same authored silhouette, doors, windows and engine geometry. There is no physical scale calibration, surface-area calculation, paint weight, installation timeline, aerodynamic analysis, material test, character-rights check or aircraft-registration validation.
Try a worked example
The canvas is 1200×630 pixels. Clicking at canvas coordinates (100,100) places the decal at (300,265); clicking at (1000,600) places it at (760,315), because X is clamped to 300–760 and Y to 265–315. Those are illustration coordinates, not metres. Selecting A350 instead of B787 changes the model label but not the outline. Export both views to see that the full-pack PNG adds mock amenities while the JSON records the design values rather than that view selection.
Separate artwork from approved aircraft markings
Compare the name, palette, mascot placement and legibility first; keep the prototype separate from real aircraft-identification requirements. For U.S.-registered aircraft, 14 CFR 45.21 prohibits confusing nationality/registration marks and specifies permanence, no ornamentation, contrast and legibility, subject to its exceptions. This app does not check those rules, registration availability or rules in other jurisdictions. Its preset strings are fictional concept identifiers. eCFR: 14 CFR 45.21, nationality and registration marks
Before a real installation, obtain the relevant operator/manufacturer drawings and approval process, rights permissions, substrate/material documentation and supplier scope. None is generated by a color hex value or PNG. The exported 12oz cup, 25cm napkin and 350gsm card are authored placeholder specifications; the interface does not measure or procure them.
Ask for evidence behind material claims
A palette preview cannot substantiate environmental or antibacterial performance. The FTC Green Guides summary calls for scientific support for compostability and qualifications where home composting or facility access is limited. Keep material choices provisional until the actual product and disposal conditions are documented; the original PLA/compostable wording is not a certification. This studio makes no such performance finding. FTC: Environmental Claims, Summary of the Green Guides
Use the controls and understand the exports
A click or tap places the decal without dragging; dragging also works within the same coordinate clamp. W3C explains that a non-drag single-pointer alternative and keyboard accessibility are separate requirements. This existing canvas has click placement but no keyboard coordinate control; this review does not claim full WCAG conformance. W3C: Understanding Dragging Movements
PNG exports the current 1200×630 canvas, including amenities only in the full-pack view. JSON exports text, palette, pattern, rounded decal coordinates and the placeholder amenities, plus a timestamp; it omits the view, pixel image and the randomly regenerated on-screen ticket code. That decorative code changes on redraw and is not a booking record. There is no import, local saved state or rights license. Reset restores the initial design while keeping the selected preview tab.
