3. Confirm Proctoring Surcharge: Host schools frequently charge a proctoring or facility usage fee (commonly $20–$40) to cover staff monitoring external students.
4. Alternate Testing Centers: If nearby public districts decline external proctoring, contact local private preparatory academies or accredited university testing centers which regularly host independent test-takers.
