1. Fecal Staining Dark Rust Specks
Digested blood excreted as dark brown/black ink-like spots. Unlike dirt or lint, they bleed slightly into fabric like a porous felt-tip pen.
2. Exoskeletons (Cast Skins) Translucent Amber
Bedbugs molt five times before adulthood. Nymphs shed empty, pale-yellow translucent husks that maintain bug shape in harborage seams.
3. Bite Patterns Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner
