Anthology & Live Tour Production Dossier

Historical performance notes comparing The Beyoncé Experience (2007), I Am... World Tour (2009), and the Renaissance World Tour (2023).

ACT I: HORN SUITE // LIVE DIRECTION
Déjà Vu & Green Light Live Horns

Arranged for Beyoncé's all-female touring band, Suga Mama. Features authentic funk brass, bari sax riffs, and syncopated go-go timbales bridging the 126 BPM groove into 133 BPM.

ACT II: BOUNCE // CHOREOGRAPHY
Get Me Bodied: The Extended Routine

Directed by Anthony Mandler & Beyoncé for the Anthology. The live stage performance incorporates the 2007 "do the Naomi Campbell walk, snap for the kids" breakdown and switches to 100 BPM bounce.

ACT III: THE DRAMA // VOCAL RIGOR
Ring the Alarm & Resentment Stanza

Dramatic lighting shift to monochrome spotlight. Ring the Alarm opens with high-decibel siren pads leading into the acoustic acoustic vulnerability of Resentment on the tour staircase.

ENCORE // VISUAL ANTHOLOGY LEGACY
Freakum Dress & Beautiful Liar

Filmed in two weeks in 2007, the B’Day Anthology Video Album set the template for modern visual albums. The concert encore unites full brass with Latin-fused choreography.
