Are these isolated BLACKPINK stems or measured song tempos?
No. Four generated parts use drum synthesis, bass, lead and a square-wave motif. They contain no performer’s voice or official audio. Release years supply context; the notes, tempos and lighting are independent design choices. You can learn sequencing and mix control without mistaking the result for an authentic arrangement.
Five selected years omit releases such as THE ALBUM (2020) and JUMP (2025). Fractional years choose the next listed preset rather than interpolate music or historical events. Stage animation follows enabled-part count and authored colors, not measured audio amplitude or archived stage design. JSON saves parameters only; it is not an audio export.
At the authored 2018 preset’s 140 BPM, one quarter-note beat lasts 60 ÷ 140 ≈ 0.429 seconds. The sequencer advances every sixteenth note, about 0.107 seconds; sixteen steps make one four-beat bar, about 1.714 seconds. These timings explain this loop, not the tempo of DDU-DU DDU-DU. Solo the bass to isolate its synthesized pattern, then mute it: mute takes precedence over solo.
YG’s catalog lists SQUARE UP on June 15, 2018, KILL THIS LOVE on April 5, 2019 and BORN PINK on September 16, 2022. It also lists THE ALBUM in 2020 and JUMP in 2025, which this five-preset interface omits. A selected-year index is not a complete musical history. YG: official BLACKPINK discography
YG identifies SQUARE ONE as the August 8, 2016 debut single album and lists WHISTLE and BOOMBAYAH. That date anchors the ten-year span to August 2026. It does not establish that the anniversary preset’s notes are either song’s melody. YG: SQUARE ONE
YG lists DEADLINE, its third mini album, on February 27, 2026. The preset called Anniversary is an authored soundscape, not a verified reunion program or transcription of DEADLINE. YG: DEADLINE
Mute suppresses note triggers; when any part is soloed, only unmuted soloed parts trigger. More than one solo can play together. The volume control sets event velocity rather than a calibrated decibel fader, so 0.5 does not promise half the perceived loudness. Notes already sounding may decay after mute.
The scrubber uses upper-bound rules: 2016 maps to debut, values above 2016 through 2018 select Square Up, above 2018 through 2019 select Kill This Love, above 2019 through 2022 select Born Pink, and later values select Anniversary. Tempo changes are clamped to 70–180 BPM. Reset restores 2026, all volumes to 0.8 and the default cues, while leaving playback state unchanged.
