Mission Overview:
Deployment of 800 Starlink terminals in rural Cochabamba provides direct low-earth-orbit connectivity to schools and remote indigenous municipalities where terrestrial fiber infrastructure is geographically unviable. Throughput calculations model concurrent contention, Ka/Ku-band elevation angles, and gateway handoffs.
