Understand the financing calculation

Monthly payment is cash price divided by months plus cash price times a flat monthly rate, rounded to the nearest peso. Total is that rounded payment times months. The 10,000-peso six-month 3.95% fixture gives 2,062 monthly, 12,372 total and 2,372 overhead. The 47.4% column is 12 times 3.95%, not an effective annual interest rate: it does not model declining balances, payment timing or extra fees. Capacity is not runtime or compatibility
