How the Unified MMA Scoring & Finish Engine Operates
Effective Striking & Grappling (Priority 1)
Under the ABC Unified Rules of Mixed Martial Arts, heavy impact and immediate damage outweigh cumulative volume. Strikes that generate wobbles or knockdowns heavily tilt round scoring, and high-percentage submission attempts take precedence over passive ground control.
Cardio Decay Curves & Late-Round Stoppages
Championship bouts spanning 25 minutes inflict non-linear stamina drain. As a fighter's cardio buffer degrades below 35%, defensive reaction times lag, elevating the probability of clean KO strikes or late rear-naked choke transitions.
10-8 Round Thresholds
A 10-8 round is assessed when one combatant dominates by striking margin (>20 sig. strikes difference) paired with a knockdown or over 3 minutes of unreturned dominant ground-and-pound control.
Independent 3-Judge Scorecard Variance
Real judges evaluate ring angles independently. The simulator includes calibrated perceptual variance (±3%) for close rounds, accurately modeling split decisions, majority draws, and unanimous verdicts.
