Local video shelf metadata and playback boundaries

Read the explanation

Selecting three video files creates three local shelf records. Each receives a random identifier, filename-derived title, creation time and temporary object URL. Bars compare three files with three records at one hundred pixels per count. The input is processed entirely in the browser. No file is uploaded to a sharing service and no other person receives it. This is a personal prototype library, not an account or public video network. After saving two of three records, Saved only displays two. At one hundred pixels per count bars compare three library records with two saved visible records. Search is a case-insensitive substring of the title, and sorting uses title or creation time. Export still includes all library records, including unsaved and hidden ones. Save marks a local boolean; it does not copy a video file or preserve that temporary object URL. Three records each store four metadata fields: identifier, title, creation time and saved flag. Their twelve stored fields are compared with zero persisted media URLs at twenty-five pixels per field. Reload retains the metadata but replaces video players with placeholder thumbnails because object URLs are omitted from storage and export. Removing a record updates the local library. The exported JSON is a metadata list, not a media backup; it cannot restore playback by itself.
