How to Plan a Conflict-Free Weekend
Multi-day music festivals feature overlapping acts across diverse stages and warehouses. This utility computes exact time spans, checks physical transit buffers, and ranks your schedule by priority so you never miss a headliner.
- Priority Tiers: Label sets as Must-See (headliners & rare acts), Interested, or Optional. Clashes between two Must-See acts are immediately flagged.
- Transit Buffers: Even if two sets don't directly overlap, walking across a venue between stages takes time. Adjust your buffer slider to ensure realistic stage transitions.
- Offline .ICS Export: Download verified schedule files directly into Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook with stage locations and duration metadata.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does this tool work for any music festival?
Yes. While it launches pre-configured with the official ComplexCon 2026 Los Angeles lineup (Ken Carson, Playboi Carti, Destroy Lonely, HXG, F1lthy, ApolloRed1), you can add any artist, custom stage names, and times, or switch to the Metropolis Weekend preset.
How does clash calculation work?
A clash is triggered when two acts are both flagged as 'Must-See' or 'Interested' and their scheduled time windows overlap on different stages, or the gap between them is shorter than your configured walking buffer.
Can I download and share my schedule with friends?
Yes. Use 'Export .ICS' to share calendar events or 'Download Plan' to get a concise text summary of your day's schedule, stage locations, and clash warnings.
