Festival Set Clash & Stage Route Planner
Inspired by the rush of major festivals like Rolling Loud: stop guessing whether you can sprint across the grounds in time. Pin your favorite acts, calculate real walking transit buffers between stages, detect split-second clashes, and compile a pocket-ready schedule.

Real music festivals are logistical obstacle courses. When headliners play identical time slots across a 40-acre polo field or stadium complex, simply checking set start times isn't enough.
This planner tracks two critical bottlenecks:
- Hard Direct Clashes: Two selected acts playing simultaneously where you cannot physically be in two places at once.
- Transit Squeezes: Sets that don't overlap on the clock, but have less gap between them than the walking travel time required to push through crowd bottlenecks.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I split sets between two acts?
Yes! Marking an act as "Nice-to-See" signals the auto-resolver that you are willing to leave 20-30 minutes early or arrive late so you can catch the opening of another must-see artist.
Does this work offline at the festival?
Yes. All routing calculations, time conversions, and schedule card generations run 100% locally in your browser. Download the text file or save the rendered image card to your camera roll before cell service gets overloaded.
Can I build custom stages and lineups?
Use the "Add Act to Lineup" form on the left to add any custom local or international music festival lineup, set times, and artist names.
