Adjust exit velocity, launch angle, and spray angle to simulate any batted ball. See exactly where it lands in all 30 MLB ballparks. Build spray charts, compare fence distances, and export your session.
The simulator uses a simplified projectile model with quadratic drag and Magnus force (backspin lift). Exit velocity, launch angle, and spray angle define the initial velocity vector. The ball is integrated at 1 ms steps until it reaches field level (z=0). Drag coefficient 0.33, lift coefficient 0.22, spin rate 2000 rpm backspin. Temperature 72°F, elevation per ballpark. No wind.
Each MLB park's unique fence distances and heights are modeled from official 2024 specifications. Foul poles, wall angles, and nooks (Green Monster, Crawford Boxes, etc.) are approximated. A hit clears the fence if its trajectory at that horizontal distance exceeds the wall height. Coors Field includes elevation-adjusted drag.
The top-down view shows the fair territory outline, fence profile, and your hit's landing point (yellow marker). The mini trajectory panel (bottom-right) shows the side-view arc: height vs. distance. Fence tags (bottom-left) show key fence distances for the selected park; gold tags mark where your ball would be a home run.
Every simulation is appended to the log with park, parameters, distance, hang time, apex, and result (HR / Out). Press Export Session CSV to download a complete record. The log persists until you clear it or reload the page.
