Tinker Hatfield: Batman Air Jordan VI Boot

Michael Keaton is the only cinematic Batman to fight in customized Nike Air Jordans. For 1992's Batman Returns, legendary Nike designer Tinker Hatfield forged Keaton's batsuit tactical armor directly onto the Air Jordan VI silhouette (after modifying 1989's Nike Air Trainer SC).

Tinker Hatfield crafted custom molded polyurethane gauntlets that fastened seamlessly around Keaton's calves, integrating directly into the Air Jordan VI collar so stunt doubles could execute acrobatic kicks without tearing the suit.
