12-Team MLB Playoff Structure Six teams per league: three division champions seeded 1 to 3 by regular season record, plus three wild card teams seeded 4 to 6. The top two seeds in each league earn byes straight into the Division Series.

Official Challenge Scoring Matrix Points double each round: Wild Card winners earn 10 points each (40 total), Division Series earn 20 points each (80 total), League Championship Series earn 40 points each (80 total), and the World Series champion earns 80 points plus series length bonuses (max 320 possible points).

Monte Carlo Simulation Engine Calculates team power indexes from Pythagorean win expectations, bullpen ERA, weighted runs created plus (wRC+), and home field advantage. Runs 1,000 randomized series iterations to compute true pennant and World Series championship equity.

Tiebreaker Precision In official $10K Bracket Challenges, ties are settled by the combined run total across all games of the World Series. Historical Fall Classic run totals average 42 to 46 runs.
