Why the route changes
Model labels do not enter the equation. Only your workload, credit cost, observed success rate, and budget do.

For each task class, the optimizer compares added expected success with added credits. A hard-task upgrade can be more valuable even when its sticker cost is higher.
Decimal.js evaluates every whole-task combination, rejects over-budget routes, and selects the feasible mix with the most expected completions. Ties go to lower burn.
