What data informs the 2026-27 player ratings?
Player ratings are calibrated against multi-season tracking metrics: true shooting percentage (TS%), estimated plus-minus (EPM), defensive rim deterrence, assist-to-turnover ratio, and demonstrated postseason clutch scoring efficiency.
Can I manually override player positions?
Yes. Use the up and down arrow buttons next to any player in the Countdown view to enforce your own subjective ranking overrides. Exporting captures both your raw calculated composite and customized order.
How are tiers calculated?
Tier 1 represents MVP Pantheon (composite 92+), Tier 2 represents All-NBA First Team locks (87-91), Tier 3 represents Franchise Cornerstones (82-86), Tier 4 captures All-Star anchors (77-81), and Tier 5 covers High-Impact Starters (below 77).
