Insert dual physical steel safety pins through packing ram slide channels to mechanically block blade drop on zero fluid pressure.

3. Acoustic Noise Triage PENDING

Verify acoustic masking mitigation. Shut auxiliary engine to confirm occupant voice location, airway status, and conscious verbal response.

4. SFFD Confined-Space Staging PENDING

Establish 25-ft exclusion zone. Enforce strict ZERO-ENTRY mandate until SFFD Heavy Rescue arrives with atmospheric monitors and air shoring.
