Keep the raw signal.

Articles, papers, repositories, and images belong somewhere durable before synthesis starts.

How source filtering and the original reset state actually behave

Read the explanation

This source starts with three representative cards: an article, a paper and a repository. Their example links are placeholders, not verified research references. Two cards have notes and there are three source types. Adding a nonblank title and URL creates a new card at the front, with a selected type and trimmed note. The tool stores user-entered records, not verified evidence or a generated research synthesis. No model or repository is queried. Adding one noted Article makes four total cards, three cards with notes and still three distinct types. The total-count bars share fifty pixels per card: one hundred fifty for three and two hundred for four. Selecting a type filter changes visible cards only. All counters and the exported sources still describe the complete board. An Image filter can show an empty view before an Image is added without deleting the other records. The source saves the complete record array locally and reload restores it. Export includes all sources, counts, distinct type names and an actual ISO timestamp. There is an important reset detail: on a fresh unsaved page the record array aliases the original seed. Adding mutates that seed, so reset before reload can retain the addition. After reload, saved records are separate from a fresh three-card seed, and reset restores those three cards. This source behavior is preserved, not silently corrected.
