The source organizes supplied claims only; it does not establish who had legal responsibility, whether evidence is authentic or whether a campaign paid anyone. No live adjudication or model is invoked. The sample contains four records and three directed owner relations. Platform points to Project, Project points back to Platform, and Campaign points to Platform. Applicant has no supplied owner edge. The source library reports one cyclic component containing Platform and Project. The diagram shows those exact directions, not a verdict of blame.
