Log your daily meals & macros, track your progress, and share your day.
For two hypothetical meals on the same selected date, four hundred and two hundred entered calories sum to six hundred. Bars share half a pixel per calorie, two hundred and one hundred pixels. The tracker adds entered numbers without checking labels, portions or food composition. This is a manual daily record, not measured intake, nutritional analysis or medical guidance. The source accepts integer-truncated numeric entries, including negative values. For the same hypothetical meals, thirty and ten entered grams protein sum to forty grams. Bars share five pixels per gram: one hundred fifty and fifty. Carbohydrate and fat columns follow their own sums. The tracker never derives calories from these macros, so inconsistent calorie and macro entries remain possible. It is not an estimate of dietary sufficiency or a validated energy calculation. Suppose date A has the two entered meals totaling six hundred calories and date B one meal seven hundred. Bars share half a pixel per calorie: three hundred and three hundred fifty. Rendering filters stored meals to the selected date, not their combined thirteen hundred all-time calories. The original date field has no change listener, so changing it alone can leave visible totals stale until a source render action. Copy summary filters the selected date directly. No intake verification or health recommendation is provided.
