The source target rounds baseline times one minus reduction percent divided by one hundred. A baseline one hundred thousand with eighty percent target yields twenty thousand planned tokens, leaving eighty thousand planned reduction. These bars use one pixel per thousand tokens. This is a planning assumption, not observed savings, and the calculator does not activate routing or verify an external eighty percent claim. The calculation clamps reduction to zero through ninety nine percent. On one hundred thousand baseline, ninety nine percent yields one thousand target tokens while zero percent yields one hundred thousand. These bars use one pixel per thousand tokens. Baseline is clamped nonnegative in the calculation. Editing fields alone does not automatically recalculate; Calculate and Save invoke the source formula. Save stores calculated fields and an evidence note locally. If a saved plan exists, Export uses those saved numeric fields with the current evidence note. A later displayed calculation need not replace that saved plan until Save is clicked again. Reset removes the stored plan and reloads defaults. A synthetic fifty thousand baseline with fifty percent reduction gives twenty five thousand target and twenty five thousand reduction, both shown at one pixel per thousand. Measurement remains required.
