Limitations & assumptions
This tool assumes linear production windows and does not model hiatuses, post-production phases, or partial availability. Crossover windows are calculated as overlapping production periods for shows sharing at least one actor. Conflicts are flagged when any linked actor's commitment overlaps a show's production window. For complex schedules with rolling blocks, use this as a high-level guide and verify with your production calendar.
Example: AHS × Scream Queens scenario
Add American Horror Story Season 13 with production Jan–Jun 2025. Add Scream Queens Season 3 with production Mar–Aug 2025. Link Ariana Grande to Scream Queens, then add her tour commitment Apr–Oct 2025. The timeline will show the crossover window (Mar–Jun) and the conflict (tour overlaps AHS production).
