Von Flue Choke Breakdown Fatal Grip Trap

The Counter Mechanism: Bottom fighter maintains a Guillotine headlock after top fighter passes to side control. The attacker locks hands around the opponent's neck, wedges the anterior deltoid directly against the carotid artery, and drives off their toes. The defender's own arm traps the opposite carotid artery.

Tactical Defense Rule: Release the headlock immediately when opponent clears your half-guard. Frame with inside bicep across opponent's hip line to re-guard.
Historical DWCS / UFC Note (Trent Miller Spotlight):
Trent Miller's DWCS finish joined Ovince Saint Preux (4x) and Jason Von Flue as one of only a handful of executed Von Flue chokes in Zuffa history. Miller capitalized when his opponent refused to let go of a deep headlock while pinned in bottom side control.
