These Terms govern your use of SuperPowers AI, including the web app, mobile apps, API, messaging interfaces, and task assistance services.

Resale and Client Services

Subject to these Terms, you may market and resell SuperPowers AI products or services to your own customers, bundle them with your own offerings, and charge for setup, automation, consulting, managed services, or other services delivered using SuperPowers AI. You may set your own resale prices. Each end user and device must have any license or subscription required for the applicable SuperPowers AI product or service.

You are responsible for your customer relationships, product and service descriptions, support, billing, refunds, taxes, and legal compliance. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, resale does not authorize you to claim ownership of our intellectual property, make commitments on our behalf, or represent that you are our agent, employee, partner, or exclusive distributor.

Text Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and opting into our text messaging program, you consent to receive automated text messages from SuperPowers AI at the phone number provided. Messages may include login codes, account alerts, order and task updates, support messages, assistant replies, location-link requests, receipts, and related service notifications.

• Message frequency varies based on your use of the service.
• Standard message and data rates may apply.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• For assistance, reply HELP to the number that messaged you or contact support@cheatlayer.com.
• To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP at any time. We may send one final confirmation that your opt-out has been processed.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Orders, Rides, Deliveries, and Purchases

SuperPowers AI may help you draft or coordinate orders, rides, deliveries, reservations, website actions, or purchases. You remain responsible for approving final details unless you separately authorize a human operator or automation to proceed.
