A policy matrix distinguishes assigned distances from computed geometry

Read the explanation

The saved policy matrix stores numeric vectors and descriptive text authored inside the page. It does not retrieve current manifestos or verify voting records at runtime. When the selected row is AfD, four comparison distances are taken directly from a fixed table. The first is zero point two two. Comparing its stored three-axis vector with the BSW row through the alternative Euclidean rule gives square root of zero point two seven divided by three point four six, about zero point one five. At one thousand pixels per distance unit the assigned and computed examples measure two hundred twenty and about one hundred fifty. They are different code paths, not independently validated political measurements. For other selected rows, the comparison function squares differences on sanctions, NATO alignment and European integration, sums them, takes the square root and divides by three point four six. A hypothetical pair differing by one on one axis has normalized distance about zero point two eight nine. A pair differing by one on all three has about zero point five zero one. At five hundred pixels per normalized unit the bars are about one hundred forty four point five and two hundred fifty point three. The fourth stored defense spending component is excluded from this distance. This arithmetic explains the page encoding without endorsing its placement of actual parties or its historical claims. The coalition label uses only sanctions and NATO alignment. It averages those two coordinates, then averages squared deviations from their means. The displayed coherence rounds one hundred minus thirty five times that variance and clips the result between ten and one hundred. Identical hypothetical vectors have variance zero and label one hundred. Two opposite vectors at plus one and minus one on both axes have variance two and label thirty. At three pixels per displayed point, the bars measure three hundred and ninety. European integration and defense spending do not enter this label, nor do seat totals or coalition negotiations. D three fails before initialization offline, so selected controls and exports are not functional there.
