This explains the saved timeline interface, not independently verified historical or current policy claims. A sector filter keeps all records or exact sector matches, preserving their array order. The SVG spaces nodes by record index rather than elapsed calendar time. Width is at least six hundred, with forty pixel margins at both ends. At an illustrative six hundred pixel view box, three records have intervals of two hundred sixty pixels, while five records have intervals of one hundred thirty. Bars show those actual coordinate distances. Short and long calendar gaps therefore look equal within one filtered view. Labels come from stored month and year fields; the engine neither parses dates nor sorts by time. The timeline can explain the selected records, but its geometry cannot be read as a duration chart. Selecting a circle changes the detail title and description. Rendering the timeline clears and recreates the SVG, then selects the first filtered record whenever any exists. A native window resize calls that same renderer. Thus selection is not preserved through a resize: an illustrative third selected record goes back to the first. Bars at one hundred pixels per record position show three hundred and one hundred pixels. A filter change also rerenders and selects its first match. For one record, the denominator fallback is one and the sole node sits at the left margin; for no records, the baseline remains and the old detail text is not explicitly cleared. These are source lifecycle behaviors, not new behavior added by the video. Original interactions and their resize effects must be compared through native events. The export controls write text into the output field rather than downloading a file. JSON includes the entire milestones array and fixed metadata. Markdown also loops through every milestone. Neither uses the current sector filter or selected circle to limit its contents. If an illustrative filtered view shows two of five stored records, both export formats still contain five: at sixty pixels per record, bars measure one hundred twenty and three hundred pixels. The stored attribution and humanitarian metric are fixed copy and have not been checked against external sources in this local run. A status matrix elsewhere on the page is static content, not a calculation driven by the timeline selection.
