AI can create a diagram, a task or a project structure. A campaign still needs people to check the decisions, dates and work that will actually happen.

Current official documentation checked October 5, 2026. The comparison describes documented workflows; it is not an authenticated vendor trial, a quality benchmark or a claim that generated plans are complete.
Choose around the object you need: Miro documents editable AI diagrams and mindmaps; ClickUp documents Brain AI task creation; monday documents project structures refined with Sidekick; Storyflow describes an AI-created visual starting board. Test the resulting object, permissions and handoff, rather than treating all four as the same board generator.
Miro
An editable visual structure
The current diagram guide uses Create with AI, then the Sidekicks library and a diagram or mindmap format. Describe the structure, inspect the generated sketch and apply it to the canvas or discard it. A canvas structure is a starting point for discussion, not evidence that owners and commitments are confirmed.
ClickUp's task documentation describes creating AI-generated tasks from comments and Chat, and using Brain AI's Create task or subtask tool. Tasks can carry assignees, start and due dates and dependencies. The page's general task availability does not establish that every AI feature is included in every plan.
The current project-board guide describes continuing to build and refine the project with Sidekick. The assistant works in project context and can help refine tasks or change statuses, timelines and details. Review the actual board structure and changes rather than assuming generated dates represent agreed delivery.
Storyflow's current use-case page describes AI generating a starting kanban or planner from a description for people to shape. Its explicit pricing FAQ distinguishes paid standalone early access, an upcoming Free plan, and free invited collaboration available today. A free invitation is a different access route from a standalone free account.
Paste or import your manually reviewed campaign rows. This local workbench validates real dates, displays an agenda, flags overlapping entries for the same entered owner and exports only rows you explicitly mark ready. No AI, automatic scheduling, hosted sync or invitations.
Columns: id, title, start, end, owner, status, notes. Dates use YYYY-MM-DD; end is the inclusive last day. Status must be draft or ready. Ready is your manual export decision, not proof of approval. Owners are descriptive text, not calendar attendees.
Load the example or enter a CSV to begin.
iCalendar events are all-day dates: no timezone, hour or reminder is implied. A two-day row exports an exclusive calendar end one day after its entered inclusive end. Existing calendars may import duplicate events on repeat import; this download does not update a connected calendar. JSON preserves every row, including drafts. No automatic save or upload.
Include the audience, deliverables, dependencies you know and constraints. Keep examples separate from confirmed project facts. Ask for a draft structure, then inspect what was added or omitted.
Review the resulting object
Does it produce a diagram, task records or a project board? Check whether ownership and dates are actual structured properties, descriptive notes or assumptions that need a person to resolve.
Check the actual collaborators
Use the real participant's device, account and permissions. Current access routes, AI allowances and feature entitlements need verification in the plan you will use.
Export a small real slice
Inspect the exported content outside the board. In this workbench, drafts stay out of the calendar, inclusive entered dates become standards-compliant exclusive ends, and the entered owner remains a note rather than a sent invitation.
The fit depends on whether the team needs visual ideation, structured tasks, a project board or a shared starting canvas. The cited mechanics support this distinction; they do not establish a universal quality winner.
Does this tool generate a plan with AI?
No. Papa Parse reads your CSV and ICAL.js serializes and reparses your manually entered ready events. Date validation and overlap detection are ordinary deterministic calculations, explicitly described as such.
Does an overlap mean the owner is over capacity?
No. It only means two inclusive date ranges with the same exact nonblank entered owner overlap. Effort, time of day, capacity and identity matching are not inferred.
Will importing the ICS invite my team?
No. Owner text is included in the description. No ATTENDEE property, email delivery, permission grant or live calendar sync is created.
