Bloomwalker Garden Purifier
An independent fantasy garden toy inspired by Bloomwalker’s restoration theme. Paint the pixel field, add decorative blooms and place a cottage; its progress measures the picture, not environmental recovery. Blooms are temporary.
Your Garden
LiveHow to Play
Purify the Land — The garden starts corrupted and gray. Click or drag across the canvas to purify the soil. Each stroke heals the land based on your brush size and strength settings.
Watch Flowers Bloom — As land becomes purified, flowers spontaneously bloom. Choose a bloom variety from the dropdown or keep it mixed for a wild meadow.
Build a Cozy Home — The Build Home button needs a locally cleared candidate patch: mean corruption below 0.4 within a radius-40 disk. There is no overall 30% requirement.
Track Your Progress — The metrics panel shows purified percentage, total bloom count, and home status. The HUD overlay on the canvas updates in real time.
Save Your Garden — When you're happy with your creation, click Save Garden to download a PNG of your restored paradise.
Start Over — Reset Garden returns everything to a fresh corrupted state so you can try a different approach.
Separate a painted garden from ecosystem recovery
What does “purified” measure in this toy, and when can you place the cottage?
Paint a browser-local fantasy garden, choose future bloom colors, and place a cottage on a sufficiently cleared patch. The percentage measures reductions in an authored pixel field; flowers are randomized drawing objects. This independent toy draws on Bloomwalker’s restoration theme, without reproducing its game systems or implying affiliation with its developer or Xbox.
No soil, pollution, native species, habitat or environmental data is modeled. Purified pixels and flower counts are aesthetic progress, not measured ecosystem recovery. The PNG is a picture, not a saved editable garden, game save or restoration assessment. Reset and a canvas-size change can clear your work; download a picture before changing the layout.
Try a worked example
At the center of a brush, the reduction per application is strength/100 × 0.35. The default 60% strength removes 0.21 from an initial value of 1, leaving about 0.79; repeated applications accumulate and clamp at zero. Farther from the center, multiply by 1 − distance/radius. Drag samples multiple overlapping applications, so it does not represent a fixed treatment rate.
Understand the game reference
Xbox Wire’s September 17, 2026 developer article describes Bloomwalker’s Luminoa setting, cleansing pollution, a moving house and a Pocket Dimension for personalized housing. That supports the broad inspiration, rather than this toy’s numerical rules, flower lifetimes or cottage placement. Its author is a Netmarble Neo project director; this page is independently built with Super. Xbox Wire: Bloomwalker developer overview
Read the percentage and bloom count
Each logical canvas pixel starts at corruption value 1. The displayed percentage is round(100 × (1 − mean corruption)). A partially reduced pixel contributes fractionally, so 20% does not mean that exactly one fifth of the pixels are completely cleared. Brush Size is used as the radius in logical pixels.
New decorative blooms are considered near each application where corruption is below 0.3, with probability 0.08 × (1 − corruption), spacing checks and randomized appearance. The selected variety applies to future blooms. The code skips a spawning pass when 800 blooms already exist; that is a pass-level guard rather than a strict per-flower cap. Blooms disappear after 60 simulated animation seconds or if their pixel becomes more corrupted; they are not a persistent planting inventory.
Place a home using the local patch rule
Build Home samples candidate centers on a 20-pixel grid, inset from the edges. It chooses the candidate with the lowest mean corruption in a radius-40 disk, provided that mean is below 0.4. There is no overall 30% requirement. A repeatedly cleared small patch can therefore qualify even while the garden’s overall percentage is low.
The cottage occupies an 80-by-80 drawing area near the chosen center and removes nearby blooms. Building again relocates the single cottage according to the current best candidate. If no candidate qualifies, the button leaves the existing garden intact and asks you to clear more ground. These are layout rules, not housing or ecological suitability checks.
Connect the theme with real restoration
The Society for Ecological Restoration’s 2004 Primer describes restoration as assisting ecosystem recovery and evaluates progress using reference conditions, ecosystem attributes and monitoring. Species composition, physical conditions, functions and ongoing threats all matter. A color change or a flower count alone cannot establish that a real site has recovered. Know what Reset, resizing and saving preserve
Reset clears the pixel field, blooms and cottage while retaining brush size, strength and variety. When resizing changes the pixel-field length, the toy also clears those objects; the restored picture does not scale as editable content. There is no local-storage or import mechanism.
Save Garden captures the current canvas as a PNG after image encoding completes. It excludes the HTML HUD and controls, and contains no pixel-field or bloom-state data for reopening. Canvas toBlob produces an image Blob asynchronously; the download must begin after that callback supplies the image. MDN: Canvas image encoding
