Words for a hard moment

Make room for your actual limits.

You do not need to perform affection to communicate with care. Turn an overwhelming interaction into a clear request you can keep, copy, or send when you are ready.

What do you need said?

Your boundary note

Choose the parts that fit, then compose a note.

A boundary does not have to prove that your feelings are perfect. It can simply name what is happening, what helps, and the respectful way to talk with you.

Selected phrases and one checkbox form a locally saved note

Read the explanation

The source has three selects: context, impact and support. Each has four options. Three equal boxes count the selections, and four equal marks inside each count its options. Four times four times four makes sixty four combinations before the optional sentence. Compose inserts selected strings into one fixed template. This is a local wording aid, not a model inference, diagnosis or contact with anyone. The checkbox controls one sentence requesting that names or insults not be used. Unchecked adds zero such sentences; checked adds one. Common two hundred fifty pixels per added sentence bars compare zero and one. There are two checkbox states, so sixty four select combinations times two gives one hundred twenty eight possible template combinations. This count is not a measurement of needs, relationship outcomes or the quality of a boundary. The saved local record contains context, impact, support, checkbox state and composed sentence: five fields, shown as five equal boxes. Copy and text export use the current composed output. Changing selects without Compose leaves that output unchanged. Reload restores the saved record, and Reset clears it and the output. Export adds one newline. No message is sent and no recipient, account or diagnosis is connected.
