Different lenses make assumptions easier to spot. They do not guarantee truth; they make the path to a decision more inspectable.
Agreement means the reviewer has seen the perspective, recorded the important disagreement, and chosen a reasoned next step.

Evidence, Risk, User, Systems and Challenge are five source-defined review prompts. Bars compare five manual perspectives with zero executed agents at one hundred pixels per count. Checking a perspective records a human review mark. The tool does not run models, create independent judgments, retrieve evidence, negotiate disagreements or execute a blockchain consensus protocol. Its local worksheet can help organize questions, but it supplies no verified decision quality, accuracy or agent independence. The source meter is checked count divided by five times one hundred percent. Three checked perspectives give three fifths, or sixty percent, while all five give one hundred percent. At four pixels per percentage point, the bars show two hundred forty and four hundred pixels. Five independent booleans allow thirty-two checkbox combinations. Only count five changes the source status to all five reviewed; every lower count still says five perspectives waiting. These labels describe review activity, not evidence that the decision is correct. The page saves checks and untrimmed notes as two properties. Download returns a complete record with all five lens names, reviewed or open flags, prompts and notes. Copy returns only the raw note text. Bars compare two stored properties with two distinct output actions at one hundred fifty pixels per count. Reload restores both; two explanation accordions toggle independently. There is no reset control or external submission. A stored review record does not prove independent agent consensus or that its questions were answered.
