Read the explanation
The source parses phase, actor, status and artifact hash from a CSV. Actors must be exactly buyer or seller. It groups rows by phase and keeps the last row for each actor in that phase. Earlier duplicate actor rows remain in the full raw export but the latest one determines the displayed comparison. This is an evidence organizer, not a payment, contract enforcement or adjudication system. A phase is agreed only when both actors exist and their status and artifact hash match exactly. If either actor is absent it is missing; otherwise a differing status or hash is a conflict. The five-row source sample produces three phases: identity agreed, payment conflict and delivery missing. Three bars each show one phase on a common one hundred pixels per phase scale. Agreement of supplied text is not proof that an external event happened. Run saves the successful input CSV locally and enables the full JSON export. Invalid input shows an error while the previous successful result remains available. Reload restores the saved input text but does not automatically reconcile it. Reset runs the original sample and saves it rather than deleting local storage. Export retains every original row, each selected buyer and seller record, all counts and the explicit source boundary. No payment or external verdict is produced.
