Compromise normalizes language, Fuse.js compares each complaint with existing representatives, and content-token overlap prevents a weak fuzzy match from becoming evidence. The sample threshold is calibrated to group the four first-sale variants while leaving unrelated invoicing and retainer problems separate.
Evidence boundary
A repeated complaint is a research signal, not proof of willingness to pay. The tool does not validate the source post's revenue, scrape a platform, contact users, set a price, or guarantee a sale.
