Design Fit ScorecardEvidence-led hiring brief

Turn portfolio evidence into the next right interview.

Score only what you can support. Missing evidence lowers confidence and becomes a question, not an automatic rejection.

Candidate evidence

Scores reflect entered evidence only. Do not score protected traits, personality assumptions, or employment eligibility.

Entered weighted points and nonzero-score coverage expose the source decision rules

Read the explanation

The six sample scores and weights contribute two hundred, two hundred twenty five, one hundred forty four, forty five, eighty four and twenty weighted points. Total seven hundred eighteen divided by weight sum one hundred, times ten, rounds to seventy two. The common six tenths pixel per weighted point bar is four hundred thirty point eight pixels. This sample is a manual heuristic, not verified portfolio evidence, a hiring outcome or a model assessment. At mobile weight fifteen, raising the entered score from three to six adds three times fifteen, forty five weighted points. The sum rises from seven hundred eighteen to seven hundred sixty three; the rounded fit rises seventy two to seventy six. Common six tenths pixel per weighted point bars differ by twenty seven pixels. The source then changes Validate to Advance when fit and nonzero-score coverage clear its programmed thresholds. This is not an employment recommendation or proof of better work. Every positive score counts its whole weight as known, even a score one out of ten. All six positive scores give one hundred percent coverage. Setting mobile to zero removes its fifteen weight from known, leaving eighty five percent. Common five pixels per percentage point bars compare five hundred and four hundred twenty five pixels. This is not calibrated confidence or truth probability. Gap questions require score below six and weight at least ten; zero total weight or blank name makes Incomplete. Export and saved scenarios remain local entered records.
