⚡ Linear Inverted Pendulum (LIPM)

By enforcing an approximately constant center of mass (CoM) height Zc, the highly non-linear 3D biped dynamics decouple into linear differential equations: ẍ = (g / Zc) · (x - pzmp). The characteristic pendulum eigenfrequency ω = √(g / Zc) governs the natural footfall rhythm.

⚖️ Zero Moment Point (ZMP) & Footfall

Stable dynamic walking requires the point where horizontal reaction moments vanish (the ZMP) to stay strictly interior to the convex support polygon formed by the active stance foot. If a nudge pushes the Instantaneous Capture Point (ICP) beyond the foot edge, the humanoid steps wider to prevent tipping.

🏢 Assembly-to-Badge Commissioning

As state-of-the-art humanoids roll off factory assembly cells, automated validation cycles verify joint encoder calibrations, motor thermal limits, balance tolerances, and trajectory tracking. Once verified, the robot marches autonomously to claim its facility staff badge.
