One brief.
Seven moves.
Most design tools stop at a nice image. A launch has to hold together a logo, a landing page, product surfaces, campaigns, and the story between them.
Shape the brief
Write the source of truth your team can hand across every surface.
Launch board
A real launch is a system of connected decisions.
Identity
Logo and landing page give the product a recognizable front door.
Product
App screens and product visuals show how the promise becomes an experience.
Distribution
Social creatives, ad concepts, and video turn the launch into a repeatable story.
Seven manual launch counts and the saved brief boundary
Read the explanation
The board contains logo, landing page, app screens, product visuals, social creatives, ad concepts and video. Checking three of seven gives three divided by seven times one hundred, forty two point eight five seven repeating percent. The label rounds this to forty three percent while the bar uses the unrounded fraction. Bars share five hundred sixty pixels for the full board, so three checked means two hundred forty pixels. These are manual readiness assertions, not generated assets or a real launch deployment. One checked deliverable gives a rounded fourteen percent label and an unrounded one seventh bar. All seven give one hundred percent. Bars use eighty pixels per checked deliverable to compare eighty with five hundred sixty pixels. The source treats every deliverable equally, without checking quality, scope, dependencies or actual completion. Unchecking a deliverable removes one count and regenerates the same list with its original label. The export has four top level properties: brief, seven deliverable records, rounded completion percentage and a planning only boundary. The visible default brief is shown when the saved brief is empty, but the initial downloaded brief remains an empty string. Clearing the field saves an empty string; a later render can show the default again without changing that empty saved value. Bars count seven deliverable entries and four top level properties at seventy pixels per item. Reset removes the saved object; nothing is sent to a team or production host.
