Under First Apron Teams
Outgoing ≤ $7.5M: can take back up to 200% + $250K.
Outgoing $7.5M to $29M: can take back up to Outgoing + $7.5M.
Outgoing > $29M: can take back up to 125% + $250K.
First Apron Hard-Cap ($178.1M)
Teams above the 1st Apron cannot take back more than 100% of outgoing salary. Taking back even $1 more triggers an instant hard-cap violation.
Second Apron Restrictions ($188.9M)
Second apron teams cannot aggregate salaries from multiple players, cannot send cash, and cannot use trade exceptions generated in prior years.
Annual Cash Considerations Cap
Teams can send/receive a maximum of $7.2M in cash per league year. Cash cannot be aggregated to exceed the allowed apron restrictions.
