Mouth Fulcrum & Bone Trajectory
The Biomechanics of One-Handed Rib Mastery
Inspired by Barstool Eddie’s legendary demonstration. Eating wet barbecue with both hands binds your entire existence to grease. By mastering single-handed dental leverage, your opposite hand remains pristine for beverages, phones, or handshakes.
1 The Incisor Anvil
Your front incisors act as a fixed mechanical scraper. Never bite down into the bone itself. Clamp only the connective seam between the bone periosteum and smoke ring bark at roughly 65 PSI.
2 35° Angular Lever
Pulling straight creates elastic snap-back and sauce splatter. Tilt the rib bone upwards at a 35-degree fulcrum angle. Use wrist pronation to peel the tender rib meat strip in a continuous longitudinal ribbon.
3 Clean Bone Protocol
A true pitmaster judges quality by bare, unmarred white bone with zero gristle remnants. If grease hits your shirt or your drink-holding hand, leverage was compromised.
