Exit Ledger is a local preparation tool with six record fields: merchant, plan, amount, renewal date, contact route and notes. The generate action requires three fields to be nonempty: merchant, plan and amount. Both bars count fields on the same eighty pixel scale. Zero is an accepted nonnegative amount; a negative or nonnumeric amount is rejected. These checks prepare a record. They do not prove a contract was cancelled, a fee was refunded or a legal deadline was satisfied. The contact route selects one of two next-action branches. Phone required asks the user to call and request written confirmation. Email available and Chat available both use the other branch: send the script through the available route and request written confirmation. No call, email or chat is sent by this source. Generating uses a fixed template with the supplied merchant and plan, and displays the amount to two decimal places. This diagram shows source text branching, not an automated cancellation process. Every input event saves the six live values locally. Export and copy read those current values, including edits made after generation, while the suggested words remain from the last generated brief. Reload loads the saved fields but starts the generated flag as draft. Reset restores example fields without clearing an already-ready generated flag or replacing its old suggested words. Clear requires confirmation and sets draft with blank fields, but also leaves the old suggested words and next action intact. Those are distinct source states, so inspect the full exported record before using it.
