Anamorphic illusions project points of a three-dimensional shape down along lines of sight intersecting the flat ground plane. Ray intersections form an elongated polygon on the ground. When viewed from side angles, the ground silhouette is wildly stretched. Clicking Snap to Magic Angle animates the camera into alignment. When angular error drops below point zero five radians, the illusion pops out.
