Choose the calendar deliberately

A private note can become visible to others when it is placed on a shared calendar. Before importing reminders about people, review both the wording and the destination.

Put it into practice

Keep only the context you need

Use a person's initials or a short phrase when a fuller description is unnecessary. A reminder can still be useful without including an interview employer, medical detail or private conversation.

Check visibility at the destination

The packet contains event titles and descriptions exactly as you supplied them. The web page cannot inspect calendar sharing or notification settings. Open the target calendar's settings and choose a location appropriate for the information.

Verify what was installed

After importing, open one of the actual calendar entries and check its title, date and description. If you imported into the wrong calendar, correct the entry there; clearing the browser page does not remove already imported events.

A worked example

A work calendar shared with a team may not be the right home for a personal follow-up. Changing the event title before export can reduce detail, but it does not replace checking the destination's access.

Several promises can disappear when they are scattered across notes. Turn your own dated reminders into one reviewable calendar file, retaining the context that makes each gesture personal. You choose every date; the tool never sets a relationship cadence or sends a message.

Each calendar entry is all-day on the ISO date you enter. Import is a separate action in your calendar app. Calendar visibility and notifications depend on that app's settings, and the file does not create invitations. Review names and sensitive context before sharing it.

Inputs are processed in this page. Nothing is submitted to the app or a business. Download a result to keep it; this page does not automatically save your work.

What to keep in mind

This web planner does not read contacts or messages and never sends anything. A calendar file contains the details you type; consider who can access the calendar before importing sensitive notes.

Touchpoint's listing describes natural-language notes, promises, meaningful dates and relationship-specific cadence. It emphasizes reminders connected to a reason rather than uniform contact intervals.
