Keep the context with the date

Several promises can disappear when they are scattered across notes. Turn your own dated reminders into one reviewable calendar file, retaining the context that makes each gesture personal. You choose every date; the tool never sets a relationship cadence or sends a message.

Put it into practice

Record a real reason

A meaningful event, promised task or agreed plan is a clearer starting point than a generic instruction to contact someone every few weeks.

Review every entry

Check the date and context in the preview. Choose the calendar destination based on who can see it, not simply which calendar is selected by default.

Import and verify separately

After importing, check the actual entries in your calendar. Downloading a packet does not prove the reminder was installed or that a notification will appear.

A worked example

An interview follow-up on Friday and a promised article on Saturday can share one packet while keeping separate context. The exported events do not contact either person.

Personal follow-through calendar packet builder

Each calendar entry is all-day on the ISO date you enter. Import is a separate action in your calendar app. Calendar visibility and notifications depend on that app's settings, and the file does not create invitations. Review names and sensitive context before sharing it.

Inputs are processed in this page. Nothing is submitted to the app or a business. Download a result to keep it; this page does not automatically save your work.

What to keep in mind

This web planner does not read contacts or messages and never sends anything. A calendar file contains the details you type; consider who can access the calendar before importing sensitive notes.
