Check what the rewrite added

A polished revision can quietly add a claim you never supplied. Compare an original passage with a revised one to inspect added and removed word occurrences, with a separate list of new tokens containing digits. The tool highlights changes for your review; it cannot decide whether a claim is true.

Put it into practice

Keep the original passage

Use the source wording that reflected your real experience. A rewritten version is not a reliable reference for what you originally claimed.

Inspect added details

Read added words and digit-containing tokens in context. Verify any new scope, seniority, tool or metric against your actual records.

Review the complete revision

Word-count differences cannot detect every changed implication or reordered phrase. Read the revised passage as an interviewer would and retain only claims you can explain.

A worked example

If a revision adds '40%' to a bullet that never contained a measured result, the audit surfaces that token for checking. It does not invent a replacement number or decide that the claimed increase occurred.

Resume revision word audit and new-number review

A polished revision can quietly add a claim you never supplied. Compare an original passage with a revised one to inspect added and removed word occurrences, with a separate list of new tokens containing digits. The tool highlights changes for your review; it cannot decide whether a claim is true.

This is a case-sensitive word-count comparison, not a positional or semantic diff. Punctuation and capitalization affect matching. Numbers may be legitimate dates, versions or measurements; being highlighted does not mean they are false. No ATS or hiring score is produced.

Inputs are processed in this page. Nothing is submitted to the app or a business. Download a result to keep it; this page does not automatically save your work.

What to keep in mind

This browser tool compares words using an explicitly mechanical method. It does not simulate a real employer's ATS, understand qualifications, predict interviews or know whether a claim is true. Inputs are not automatically saved or uploaded.
