The tool processes your entered values and actions in the page and makes no text-upload request. That does not make a shared device private: someone who can access the screen or a downloaded file may see the content.
A browser worksheet can be temporary. Write only what you need for the current reflection, then choose deliberately whether to keep a file or clear the page.

The exported text can help you return to the options later. Save it somewhere appropriate for its content. A download is separate from the iPhone app and does not synchronize the entry into Groundwork.
Use the clear control after finishing and confirm that your entered text is gone from the page. Clearing does not delete a file already downloaded or erase another application's copy. Choose what to retain rather than assuming every reflection needs an archive.
You can use initials and a short situation description instead of a detailed personal history. The worksheet can still support a small decision without collecting more context than you want to keep.
A value is easier to act on when you can name a small next step. Write what matters in the situation, list actions and their constraints, and compare their entered durations with the time you have. The worksheet helps you organize your own decision without evaluating your mental health.
The time check is simple arithmetic. It cannot tell whether an action is psychologically helpful, physically suitable or feasible in your circumstances. Entries remain in this page until you download them; there is no automatic save or human monitoring.
Inputs are processed in this page. Nothing is submitted to the app or a business. Download a result to keep it; this page does not automatically save your work.
This worksheet supports reflection; it cannot diagnose or treat a condition and is not monitored by a person. It does not produce automated psychological judgments. Browser extensions or a shared device may be able to access text on a page.
Groundwork's listing describes an iPhone journal with thought records, values check-ins and behavioral experiments. It states that journal entries remain on the device and that the app is not therapy or a diagnostic tool.
