These games offer different kinds of attachment to cards. Pocket Familiars centers on owning and getting to know creatures; Slay the Spire centers on constructing a successful run. Choose by which activity you want to repeat. Card rarity, trade advice and strategy do not carry between the systems, and this comparison does not establish a skill or difficulty ranking.

Comparison based on current official descriptions, not hands-on testing of the competing product. Prices, subscription eligibility and feature availability can change.

Pocket Familiars one-for-one trade preview

A trade changes a collection in two directions: one card leaves and another arrives. This preview calculates the resulting counts from an inventory you enter, including whether you would give away your last copy. It produces a proposed inventory you can review together before opening the game's nearby exchange screen.

Enter the inventory you actually own. The preview supports one offered card and one received card, reflecting the listing's one-for-one exchange. Matching names are case-insensitive; repeated inventory rows are added together. The file describes a proposal, not a completed trade.

Inputs are processed in this page. Nothing is submitted to the app or a business. Download a result to keep it; this page does not automatically save your work.

What to keep in mind

Trading happens between nearby iPhones, not through internet matchmaking. The game saves progress on the device without cloud sync. This web inventory is a separate planning document and cannot modify game saves.
